Andrea Slevin Gomes RMT

Andrea has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2008 and has clinical experience  in both Ontario and British Columbia. Recently she has focused her practice on orthopedic and postural dysfunction as well as pre and post natal treatments.  Andrea uses a variety of therapeutic modalities in each massage including swedish massage, hydrotherapy, myo-fascial release techniques, muscle energy technique, myo-fascial trigger point release and manual lymph drainage.

"I believe that including massage therapy in your health and wellness plan is a great way to overcome pain, injury and illness and is a fantastic tool for stress management. I will encourage my clients to take an active role in their therapy through the use of home-care exercises and stretching activities."

Andrea is a trained Birth Doula and is accepting clients who are due afterMarch 2011.  Andrea provides guidance, support and information throughout the birthing year and for the labour and delivery of your baby.
